Customize the look and behavior of your Reaktly chat widget.
Branding
Customize the widget to match your brand:
- Colors — Primary color, background, text colors
- Logo — Display your company logo in the chat header
- Welcome message — The first message visitors see
- Position — Bottom-left or bottom-right placement
- Size — Compact or expanded mode
Configuration
Configure widget behavior in Settings → Widget in your dashboard.
