Viewing Conversations
Each conversation shows:
- Visitor messages and AI responses
- Source citations — which knowledge base items were used
- Timestamps and session duration
- Satisfaction signals — thumbs up/down feedback
Filtering & Search
Filter conversations by:
- Date range
- Satisfaction rating
- Unanswered questions (AI couldn't find relevant content)
- Source type
Taking Action
Use conversation insights to:
- Add missing content — Create knowledge base items for unanswered questions
- Improve existing content — Update items that produce poor responses
- Train the AI — Add tenant notes to guide the AI's behavior
