Overview
The Reaktly Shopify integration automatically syncs your product catalog to your knowledge base. When visitors ask about products, pricing, or availability — the AI answers accurately.
Setup
- Install the Reaktly app from the Shopify App Store
- Authorize the connection
- Select which products to sync
- Products are automatically imported and kept up-to-date via webhooks
What Gets Synced
