Your First Conversation
Test your AI assistant and see it answer questions from your knowledge base.
Testing the Widget
Once you've installed the widget and added some content to your knowledge base:
- Open your website where the widget is installed
- Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner
- Ask a question related to your content
- The AI will search your knowledge base and respond
What to Expect
- Relevant answers — The AI grounds its responses in your actual content
- Source citations — Responses include links to the source material
- Conversational flow — Users can ask follow-up questions naturally
Troubleshooting
If the AI isn't answering correctly:
- Check your knowledge base — Make sure relevant content has been ingested
- Wait for processing — New content may take a few minutes to be embedded
- Review the response — Check if the content exists but isn't being matched (consider rephrasing your content)
